The Coaching Leadership training gives you tools to make a maximum contribution to company objectives and at the same time bring out the best in employees. And all in a way that suits your personality. During the training you will acquire practical skills, the latest insights in the field of communication and you will practice a lot, including with examples from your daily practice. This gives you insight into the management process and into yourself. Through practical tools and feedback from the trainer and from the group, you will discover how small changes in behavior lead to big results.
This training is a follow-up to the Coaching Leadership training and focuses on communicating, leading and contributing to employee development.

This four-day training helps to continue to develop and utilize your competencies as a manager to the maximum extent possible.

Personal support
After completing the training, the trainer is available for online personal support. For example, to briefly discuss practical situations with each other. So nice!
Length of time
This training lasts 2 times 2 days. The interval between training sessions is 2 to 3 months. This way, participants have enough time to put what they have learned into practice. This training is the follow-up to Coaching Leadership (also 2 times 2 days)
Attendees
Minimum 4, maximum 8 participants.
Certificate
Upon successful completion of the training, the participant will receive proof of participation in the form of a certificate.
