For some professionals, it can feel uncomfortable leading a team that includes people who are (much) older. Especially if you are a millennial who has moved on from the workplace to your new, leadership position. You often have less experience and people on your team may feel you still need to prove yourself in your position. In addition, you have only just started leading, so you may still have less authority. This training will give you tools to lead older employees as a millennial.
