For two years, you'll work on your leadership, team, and strategy in at least 12 exclusive live impact sessions and coaching sessions—spread across six two-day live impact sessions per year and at least four hours of one-on-one coaching (live, via phone, WhatsApp, Teams, and email) between impact sessions. You'll work with a network of A-players who will challenge you to go beyond what you thought possible. You'll develop yourself at three levels:
