Commercial Support (32-40 hours)

As a Commercial Support Employee, you interact daily with trainers, clients, brokers, and colleagues. You ensure that inquiries are handled quickly, requests reach the right department, and processes run smoothly. You identify where action is needed and take it independently.
This is what you're going to do
In this role, you are a key link between the client, the trainer, and the organization. You maintain an overview in a dynamic environment, monitor the progress of requests, and ensure that commercial opportunities are followed up effectively. In doing so, you combine client contact with organizing, coordinating, and thinking ahead.
You support trainers in their daily practice and ensure that clients are helped quickly and professionally. No day is the same, and that is precisely what makes this position versatile.
Specifically, you will be involved with:
- Managing mailboxes and handling customer inquiries
Processing and following up on incoming leads - Coordinating with trainers regarding requests and follow-up actions
- Maintain contact with brokers and process registrations
- Assisting with the follow-up of commercial opportunities
- Implementing changes to the training calendar
- Managing training articles and information
- Aligning the training offering with trainers and clients
- Collaborating with Marketing to make training courses more visible
What makes this role interesting
You are at the heart of the commercial process and have a direct influence on how inquiries and opportunities are handled. You support trainers, brainstorm with clients, and ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
The role is varied and dynamic. One moment you are coordinating a request with a trainer, the next you are assisting a client or liaising with Marketing regarding the training offerings. It is precisely this combination of commerce, client contact, and organization that makes this position versatile.

- A salary indication between €2.500 and €2.750 gross per month, depending on experience.
