About this training
Managing can be difficult, especially if you are doing it for the first time. Do you have no experience with leadership (yet) but are you full of ambition for the next step? Or have you (unexpectedly) been promoted to manager? Then this leadership training is for you! Leadership requires new knowledge and skills and this training from Kenneth Smit will help you with that.
During the Getting Started Training, you and your personal learning goals are central. You will look at which leadership style suits you best and how you can perform optimally within your new role. The emphasis in the training is on motivating your team. The training is packed with concrete tips that you can also apply in your job. As a manager you are a balancing artist who balances between the interests of your team and the management, the trick is to get better at this.

- Personal management style
- You as the new manager of colleagues
- Different team roles
Personal support
After completing the training, the trainer is available for online personal support. For example, to briefly discuss practical situations with each other. So nice!
Length of time
This training consists of 2 training days. These are divided into 2 separate days with an interval of 1 week in between.
Attendees
This training has room for a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 8 participants.
Certificate
Upon successful completion of the training, the participant will receive proof of participation in the form of a certificate.
