Onze teamleiders spreken nu dezelfde taal, betrekken de juiste mensen, en weten constructieve gesprekken te voeren, ook als het gaat om lastige onderwerpen.
The impact is immediately noticeable: our absenteeism rate is low and employee outflow due to work pressure or work-related issues is minimal. The continuous quarterly training sessions contribute to our culture of personal growth and self-reflection, allowing our team leaders to continue to develop and become stronger in their roles.
