Training company contracted by UWV

As a training institute, we are contracted by the UWV (Employee Insurance Agency) for the 2021 Training Services Procurement Framework. This means we are one of the training institutes in the Netherlands authorized to provide training to help people return to work.

Training and retraining

Training is important and can help you find a job that suits your abilities. Your contact person at the UWV will advise you on this, so always consult with them before you start! You always need permission from the UWV to start training.

Does UWV pay for my education?

The UWV will only pay for training if it's necessary to find other suitable work. In that case, you're expected to do everything possible to successfully complete the training. The UWV will assess whether the training is necessary for you.

Contact your UWV contact person in a timely manner to discuss your options for attending a training course and to request permission to attend.
