In the past three years, we have had many sales colleagues, both external and internal, trained by Kenneth Smit and this process will continue in 2017.
A major advantage of the method of this 'expert in sales' training is that the training program is tailor-made; we train in the field of our actual corrugated cardboard packaging that we sell every day. Pragmatics, communication skills, establishing conversation structures, customer and customer wish recognition are clear pillars that are included in this process.
VPK Packaging has received very enthusiastic responses from participating colleagues and this training has definitely led to improved sales processes and results.
In the context of 'hard on the content, soft on the people', the training is experienced as strenuous but motivating throughout the entire session. All aspects of the sales process are discussed in a playful manner using role plays in front of the camera, accompanied by practical examples.
The trained topics can be used immediately in practice, resulting in continuous motivation to take the next step in 'Becoming Great'!
