Workshop Insights Discovery: Aligning and Connecting in Communication
The workshop Tuning and connecting with Insights Discovery is an initial introduction to the Discovery learning system and the Discovery profiles. The workshop is about internal and external communication. You and your team will gain more insight into yourself and others in an inspiring and interactive way. The Discovery profiles provide a common language that makes differences between personalities, preferences and people in general discussable in a positive way. This allows you to better respond to the different communication needs. Kenneth Smit is accredited by Insights Discovery to offer this workshop. The program is based on a simple model:

This workshop will provide you and your employees with many new insights and forms the basis for understanding, motivation and optimal cooperation.

The participant receives a personal Insights Discovery profile. If you want to develop yourself in other areas of communication in addition to the 'Workshop Insights Discovery' training, please also look at our other
communication training.

This workshop can be fully tailored to your needs, ranging from a one-off workshop to a modular program lasting a number of weeks, months or years.
