Drawing on over 25 years of experience as an advisor, entrepreneur, commercial director, and trainer, Merijn knows what it takes to translate ambitions into results. He focuses on the intersection of strategy, execution, and behavior. In doing so, he helps leaders and teams reduce complex issues to their essence: the combination of business content and the human side of collaboration, behavior, and leadership. This creates insight into the core of an issue and clarifies the steps required to make progress again.
Merijn combines his experience in organizational development with insights from the Scaling Up methodology, systemic work, and NLP. His style is direct, sharp, and inquisitive. In doing so, he works using his own 3F model: Focus, Flow, and Fun. Focus helps teams make clear choices, Flow ensures rhythm and progress in execution, and Fun creates an environment where people take responsibility and enjoy working together.
