Vincent Boscaljon is an experienced trainer and facilitator with thirty years of experience in the ICT world. He has worked as an interim manager, master coach, and connector within complex organizations, often across teams and disciplines. Vincent combines analytical sharpness with people-oriented leadership and helps professionals and teams to perform better structurally.

As a trainer, he focuses on management team training, leadership development, and facilitating LEGO® Serious Play® workshops. Additionally, he trains new LEGO® Serious Play® facilitators. His strength lies in creating safety and trust, which motivates people and enables sustainable change.

Vincent works with warmth, energy, directness, and professionalism. He understands both systems and people and translates complexity into clear insights and practical behavior that leads to growth, ownership, and results.
