Koen van Gorp has been an independent entrepreneur since 2006 and is now a familiar face at Kenneth Smit as a senior trainer, inspiration, motivator, and change agent. With his energetic and people-focused approach, he helps professionals and teams achieve lasting behavioral change and personal growth. He specializes in developing and delivering multi-year, modular in-company programs, fully customized for the client.

Koen's approach creates a safe environment where trainees feel comfortable being vulnerable and are given the space to truly grow and break old behavioral patterns. He uses theory as a support, not a guiding principle. Practical experience is always central. With humor, creativity, and genuine commitment, he connects with people and inspires them to action. He trains from a place of connection and trust and has built a large network in diverse sectors over the years.

As a certified Insights Discovery Practitioner and expert in sales, communication and leadership, Koen also gives open training for individual participants.
