This training takes you into the world of emotional intelligence. It is an important characteristic/skill for social success. In addition, emotional intelligence is also seen as a skill for the future. This social training with Kenneth Smit teaches you more about EQ, the perfect addition to IQ. How successful you are does not only depend on your IQ, it also depends on your EQ. Emotional intelligence is the way you deal with emotions. Emotional intelligence has five aspects, namely: 1) knowing your own emotions, 2) regulating your own emotions, 3) self-motivation, 4) recognizing other people's emotions and 5) dealing with relationships. In this training you will work with all five components in order to increase your EQ, as it were.
