You have completed Coaching Leadership Part 1. You have learned how to conduct 1-on-1 conversations, give feedback, switch between leadership styles, and get people moving. But what if you want more? More control. More strategic leadership. More grip on culture, behavior, and performance. In Coaching Leadership Part 2 Deepen your leadership on the themes that truly matter in practice: holding people accountable, making sharper choices, building better teams, leading more inclusively, and collaborating more effectively. You will learn not only what to do, but above all how to deliver it convincingly in your own way. These 5 days are intensive, practical, and immediately applicable. With realistic case studies, feedback, reflection, and concrete action points, you will take your leadership to the next level.  

For Whom

Maximize your own and your team's performance with the Coaching Leadership training. The coaching leadership training is for a maximum of 8 participants (minimum 4).

Length of time

This training consists of 5 training days.

Even after the training, the trainer remains available. You can discuss practical situations by phone or email. This way, you get guidance exactly when you need it.

  • Addressing microaggression and inappropriate remarks (with a concrete approach)
  • Effective meetings: more control, better dynamics, shorter meetings, clear decisions
  • Insights Discovery Full Circle Profile: deepening self-insight, impact, and team dynamics
