Topics training inspiring leadership
Inspirational leadership isn't developed in theory, but in the daily reality of leadership. This inspiring leadership training combines strategic insight with personal growth. You'll work on vision, communication, coaching leadership, and motivating teams—precisely the skills that distinguish modern leaders. The following topics will be covered during this inspiring leadership training:
Day 1 and 2:
Vision and mission towards the collective ambition of your organization
This first training session is about professional communication that touches and inspires. Step by step you translate your vision and mission into the collective ambition of your organization. Maximum involvement of employees, managers, suppliers and customers is central.
Strategy development and management process
What are the strategic goals of your organization? How do you keep a grip on your strategic goals? How do you prevent your business plan from getting bogged down in daily routine? And how do you ensure that your vision is converted into goal-oriented action in a dynamic management process? We look at and identify the principles of a good business plan. The basis for your own plan that you can immediately put into practice.
Outlook conversations
How can you use Outlook conversations with employees and managers as a starting point to achieve improvements in results and processes based on shared support?
Day 3 and 4:
Management styles, personal effectiveness and leadership
What is the effect of leadership and management style on your people? What leadership styles are there and what are their advantages and disadvantages? You gain insight into your own behavior and its impact on others, into your motivations and values, your strengths and pitfalls. You will also gain a better understanding of what drives, motivates or hinders people around you. This way you achieve higher personal effectiveness in interaction and collaboration with others. You will receive a personal profile with detailed information about your style.
Day 5 and 6:
Serving Leadership
With an inspiring vision and a motivating mission statement as our carry-on, we embark on a quest for "the new leadership." Thanks to the ever-increasing capacity for self-learning, modern managers and board members are able to hone their skills and fulfill responsibilities with increasing independence. This calls for a different kind of leadership, one that is increasingly servant-oriented. "Serving Leadership" is the key to empowering your employees. You'll learn how to create an environment where the knowledge, experience, and motivation of your managers are fully utilized.
Motivation and motivational interviews
What motivates people in the workplace? What excites them? What drives them? For an inspiring leader, it's crucial to understand where employees find their motivation. We'll guide you through different types of people and show you how to motivate them by better tapping into their motivations.
Day 7 and 8:
Competency management and coaching on competencies
Competency management bridges the gap between strategy and the competencies needed to achieve the goal. You'll learn the intricacies of the trade. Which competencies are required at which levels within your management team? Using the Kenneth Smit leadership model, you'll determine your own leadership style: the baseline measurement. Then, we'll work on coaching leadership. You'll learn to coach based on MoRe Coaching®. Based on the individual competencies and motivation of your managers, this model determines the best approach for the best results. Attention is paid to both verbal and nonverbal cues.
Day 9 and 10:
Excellent negotiation
Successful negotiations are based on knowledge and experience, a good strategy and, above all, excellent communication. When should you make concessions? When exactly not? How do you build up a position of power during a negotiation? You will get started based on the seven laws of negotiation.
Switching intervention level
Courage, self-confidence and a good strategy are important conditions for scoring at the negotiating table. You learn to switch levels during a conversation (4-layer conversation). You also learn to recognize unnatural processes in your own behavior, control them and apply them at the right time in so-called 'heavy conversations'. You learn to use your own intuition and emotions, based on a correct psychological analysis of the conversation partner(s).
For Whom
This training is for anyone who wants to communicate more effectively. In small groups (4-8 participants), you'll work with a customer-focused approach and receive plenty of personal attention.
Length of time
This training lasts 5 times over 2 consecutive days, supplemented with evening sessions. The participants have a say in the interval and planning.
Support
After completing the training, the trainer is available for online personal support. For example, to briefly discuss practical situations with each other. So nice!
Continue to grow
Upon successful completion of the training, the participant will receive a certificate.
