Nout Schilperoort, Mike's son, is currently in his final year of the Entrepreneurship in Trade program. Next year, he will start a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration to further develop himself in the business world. To already gain valuable practical experience, he has started in the Commercial Support department. Here, he has the opportunity to apply his knowledge, develop new skills, and gain a good understanding of how commercial processes operate within an organization.
