Our biggest challenge beforehand was merging the sales teams of VDL Agrotech and VDL Jansen and the approach to the market. After conducting an assessment and personal intake interviews by Kenneth Smit's trainer Lex Antonisse, a tailor-made training course was implemented that seamlessly matched our wishes. The professionalism and practice-oriented nature of these training courses have ensured that individual salespeople now conduct demonstrably better (customer) conversations. In addition, the team spirit and synergy between Agrotech and Jansen have been greatly improved by using the effectiveness workshop with the Insights Discovery profiles.
The training has immediately led to great results. Partly due to the recognizable, practice-oriented content with challenging simulations and exercises, it has ensured that what has been learned is directly applicable and has not remained a theoretical story.
