In this role he finds It's important that we, as an organization, actually achieve our goals and translate ambitions into concrete results. And he's fully committed to this every day. Since 2005, he has been active as an entrepreneur in the private education sector, a field that still gives him great pleasure and satisfaction.
He is driven by developing and empowering people. Supporting personal development, both professionally and personally, energizes him, especially when people take steps that truly impact their lives and work.
In his spare time, Mike enjoys running. For him, running is not only relaxation but also a time for reflection. While running, he often listens to books, podcasts, or music. Sometimes he consciously chooses to run without distractions, with just one or two questions on his mind. These moments of silence and focus often lead to new insights and fresh ideas.
