During this four-day sales training, you'll learn the fundamental principles of effective selling. You'll discover how to structure sales conversations more effectively, truly understand your customer's needs, and respond convincingly to objections. You'll also learn how to make a greater impact by actively listening, asking the right questions, and building trust. The training combines practical exercises with personalized coaching, so you'll see immediate results in your daily conversations.
The training is designed for (novice) salespeople, sales professionals, and commercial talents who want to strengthen their sales skills. Experienced salespeople who want to sharpen their foundation or restructure their skills will also benefit from this sales training. With a maximum of eight participants, there's room for personal attention and customized training.
This training distinguishes itself through its combination of practical sales methods, psychological insights, and personalized guidance. Participants work on realistic sales cases and receive feedback from experienced trainers at Kenneth Smit. The focus is on applicable skills that lead to greater persuasiveness, customer satisfaction, and results, without relying on discounts or pressure.
The training consists of four days, divided into two two-day blocks with a six- to eight-week interval. During this period, you'll apply the acquired knowledge in practice. Afterward, you'll receive personalized online coaching to discuss specific situations. This approach ensures lasting behavioral change and sustained growth in your sales results.
Upon completion, you'll have a solid foundation in sales. You'll be able to confidently conduct sales conversations, sharply analyze customer needs, and effectively address objections. You'll not only close more deals but also build stronger customer relationships. You'll also receive an official Kenneth Smit certificate as proof of your participation.
