Coaching leadership: Become the leader people want to work for!

Do you want to lead in a way that inspires, builds confidence, and delivers results? In this practical training, you'll develop a leadership style that empowers people. You'll learn the full breadth of coaching leadership: from powerful one-on-one conversations and sharp communication to situational management of motivation and performance. You'll discover your natural leadership style, practice with relatable real-world cases, and apply everything directly to your team. This way, you'll grow in leadership and create a culture of ownership and results.

This training consists of 5 training days.

  • The 1-on-1 conversation as the backbone of coaching leadership
  • Conversational skills: active listening, summarizing, asking the right questions.
  • Insights DiscOvery: understanding yourself and others better. Collaborate and connect. Includes a personal profile.
  • Steering conversation: address employees for failure to comply with agreements.
  • The essential difference between management and leadership.
  • Switch flexibly between different leadership styles.
  • MoRe Coaching: coaching on 'Wanting & Being Able' with four styles in four different situations.
  • Motivation in practice: Apply Maslow and Herzberg to your team. Motivation means the drive or reason why someone does something. It's the inner force that drives you to perform certain behaviors, to achieve a goal or to persevere. It can be divided into two main types: intrinsic and extrinsic motivation.
  • Providing feedback: When giving feedback, it's important to be honest, concrete, and respectful. Don't just point out what could be improved; also highlight what's going well. Use examples and offer helpful tips. This way, the feedback remains positive and motivating.
  • Performance review: open conversation between a manager and an employee in which the employee's performance is assessed over a certain period discussed.
  • Objections & resistance: a 5-step structure to solutions that really work.
  • Different generationsGenerational differences aren't about age, but about different frames of reference. Many organizations now have five generations active in the workplace, from Baby Boomers to Gen Z. So how do you manage all these different generations with their diverse needs and motivations?
  • Online learning path: intake, e-learning and preparation for a flying start.
