An environment where learning truly moves you forward. She believes that growth becomes natural when expectations are aligned and the preconditions are right.
As Head of Learning, she translates that vision into practice. By listening, questioning, and researching, she clarifies existing needs and converts them into concrete learning initiatives. She designs and guides the onboarding program for new trainers, works on redesigning the training offering, and oversees the renewal of the internal academy. Always starting from the same question: what does someone need to grow?
