Learning is vulnerable. It becomes clear what you do not yet know and where you can still develop. But that is precisely where the growth potential lies.

What drives Debbie is making people's potential visible. She focuses daily on creating an environment where people feel they have the space to learn. An environment where learning truly moves you forward. She believes that growth becomes natural when expectations are aligned and the preconditions are right.

As Head of Learning, she translates that vision into practice. By listening, questioning, and researching, she clarifies existing needs and converts them into concrete learning initiatives. She designs and guides the onboarding program for new trainers, works on redesigning the training offering, and oversees the renewal of the internal academy. Always starting from the same question: what does someone need to grow?

An organization, team, or person who keeps asking that question is always ahead.
