It's the tone that makes the music what it is!

Jacco van Beek began his career in the mid-1980s as a salesperson of office equipment and automation solutions. Until 2007, his focus was on advising on and selling software, hardware, and services. Each project began with a thorough analysis of business processes, after which appropriate automation solutions were implemented to resolve bottlenecks within wholesalers, industrial companies, and project organizations.

In September 2007, Jacco became a Kenneth Smit franchisee. His nearly twenty years of experience as a Kenneth Smit trainer, combined with his extensive knowledge and expertise, provide significant added value for clients and participants in his training programs. This experience is leveraged in a customized approach: first analyzing and diagnosing, then training in daily practice and ensuring the retention of what has been learned.

Expertise

Jacco's focus and specializations lie in management and team development. His unique expertise lies in the prevention and recovery of stress and burnout, integrated into a distinctive stress management training program using the Kenneth Smit methodology. Sales and account management training and coaching are also among his specializations.
