After completing his HBO (Higher Professional Education) degree in Commercial Economics, he gained over ten years of experience in this field, holding various roles, particularly as an Account Manager and Business Manager in various regions.
Throughout his career, he increasingly focused on training and developing teams and individuals. When it became clear that this was what energized him most, he turned his passion into his profession. He has been working as a trainer at Kenneth Smit since 2025.
Wesley stands for results-driven development. His training sessions are characterized by a practical and goal-oriented approach: no casual inspiration or tricks, but concrete behavioral change, better conversations, and measurable results.
