He who leads with attention,
creates room for growth.

The greatest gain lies in recognizing and breaking behavior that unknowingly determines the direction.

About Vincent Boscaljon

Sales, Communication, and Management Trainer

For more than thirty years, Vincent worked in complex change environments within ICT. There, he discovered that successful change is primarily determined by human behavior: how people collaborate, communicate, make decisions, and deal with change.

That fascination led him towards leadership development, team development, and personal growth. He delved into communication, group dynamics, NLP, and organizational constellations. His focus is on patterns that people no longer notice themselves, even though they influence results, relationships, and leadership.

As a trainer, Vincent combines analytical skills with a keen eye for behavior. He helps participants discover which assumptions, habits, and beliefs influence their development and translates those insights into daily practice.

A different perspective on yourself can be surprisingly enlightening.

Make hidden patterns visible

For professionals, leaders, and teams who want to look beyond processes, roles, and agreements.

Why do meetings repeatedly get stuck on the same dynamics? Why does behavior barely change, even though everyone understands what needs to be done differently? The cause often lies in assumptions, habits, and blind spots that remain unaddressed. Vincent helps participants recognize these patterns so they can consciously make different choices.
Participants work with situations from their own practice.
They explore how they react under pressure, the role they assume within a team, and which conversations they postpone or avoid. Depending on the question, Vincent uses methods that make behavior visible, such as constellations, visual methods, and LEGO® Serious Play®.

The greatest gain lies in recognizing and breaking behavior that subtly determines direction. This leads to better conversations, stronger collaboration, and more ownership in practice.
